I need to install Kinetix chairs?
This depends upon the Kinetix system chosen. Just 46 sq m (500 sq ft) is sufficient for ten Kinetix chairs while a system of 4 requires around 20 sq m (220 sq ft).

How often should
people exercise with the Kinetix system?
Most experts believe that people should exercise for 3-5 times
per week for a duration of around 30 minutes at around 55-65%
of age specific maximal heart rate.

Can people with high blood pressure use Kinetix
equipment?
People with high blood pressure should always check with their
doctor before using Kinetix chairs. In most cases, this is okay
as Kinetix allow 'passive' exercise which may help to lower
blood pressure. Blood pressure should always be taken before
any exercise is taken and at regular intervals during a programme.
